Wellness Plan & Other Costs
We offer monthly, 4 months and yearly payment. We also provide family discounts for members (Patient and spouse) enrolling together and a significant young adult discount (50% off for patients ages 12-26 enrolling with a parent). We do not see patients under 12 years old, as Dr. Singh is not a pediatrician.
We do not require a long-term contract, and you are free to pay monthly and cancel anytime. However, we encourage viewing your membership as an investment in your long-term health and a true partnership with Dr. Singh. Root cause-focused healing can take time to achieve meaningful results. Your commitment to giving our approach a real chance (at least 6 -12 months) allows us to work together effectively toward your health goals.
Unfortunately not. Health insurance does not currently support concierge-style approaches such as Merrit MD that emphasize unrushed, holistic-focused, and truly personalized care.
Yes. The wellness plan fee is typically eligible for HSA, HRA, FSA, and MSA account spending. We recommend confirming eligibility with your specific plan provider, and we’re happy to provide any documentation you might need.
Our wellness plan includes the specific services described on our Wellness Plan page. It also enables Dr. Singh to provide unrushed, holistic-focused, and truly personalized care. Additionally, depending on your health needs, Dr. Singh may recommend specialized functional testing and/or integrative treatments. Merrit MD patients receive preferred pricing on all in-house wellness services like IV infusion therapy that is specifically tailored to the patient needs, PRP injections for joints/tendons, facial/hair growth PRP etc.

Your Health Insurance
No, we do not accept insurance for any primary care services, including your annual physical, office visits, telemed appointments, and lab work.
We will provide patient with a superbill for the visit, which patient can submit to their insurance company.
Yes. Our wellness plan complements but does not replace traditional health insurance. We also recommend maintaining appropriate coverage for specialist, urgent, and emergency care needs (although we work hard to keep our patients as far away from the hospital as possible!).
For Merrit MD patients without insurance, almost all visits are covered by the premium. Additionally, testing and treatment options normally billed to insurance will be out-of-pocket costs for you, which is also at a discounted rate, which we strive to make as clear and transparent as possible before you consent to treatment.

Your care frequency is personalized to your needs. All Merrit MD patients receive the annual Wellness Deep Dive. Beyond that, some patients visit monthly while others primarily keep Dr. Singh available when they need him. The choice is yours (with Dr. Singh’s input, of course, based on your unique health needs).
We offer both traditional and advanced testing options through our partner labs. Beyond standard blood work and acute care testing (strep, COVID, etc.), we provide specialized functional tests including GI Map, food inflammation testing, hormonal analysis (DUTCH+), genetic testing, and cardiovascular screening (CIMT, Boston Heart, and VO2 max).
Every Merrit MD patient has direct access to Dr. Singh through his personal cell phone for urgent concerns, also access to Dr. Singh’s email, while we ask that you use this privilege respectfully, you will never be without support when you truly need it.
Yes. We’re happy to provide telemedicine appointments whenever they’re appropriate and convenient for your care.
