Appointment No-Shows and Late Cancellations
Each appointment you schedule with us is 30-60 minutes that Dr. Singh reserves to help you and no one else. Please respect our practice and the time of other patients by being on time to your visits and letting us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
To enforce this policy, we reserve the right to charge the following fees:
No-Show: $50 for regular office visits, $100 for Wellness Deep Dives, physicals and ultrasound appointments.
Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours prior to visit): $25 for regular office visits, $50 for Wellness Deep Dives, physicals and ultrasound appointments.
If a patient is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, we reserve the right to treat it as a no-show and reschedule your visit. We cannot make other patients wait past their scheduled appointment times in order to accommodate a late visit.
Payments and Overdue Balances
Your wellness plan fee is automatically withdrawn monthly or yearly from your preferred payment option, which can be a health spending card (HSA/FSA/etc.). If you are more than 30 days behind on your wellness plan payments, we will send you an email warning that your plan is in danger of being cancelled and providing next steps to resolve the issue.
If we bill your insurance for a covered service, any copay or deductible due under your insurance plan will be collected at the time of service and/or at your next visit. Other costs, such as out-of-pocket services (IV therapy, functional testing, etc.) are due at the time of service. We charge a 3% transaction fee for credit card payments under $400 (no transaction fee for HSA/FSA cards and debit cards).
Overdue balances must be paid before your next appointment with Dr. Singh. Please call our front desk at (404) 383-9355 to make a payment over the phone, or you can make payment in person at your next visit.
If your balance is high and you need time to take care of it, please ask to speak to our billing manager regarding a payment plan. Unless an approved payment plan is in place, we may send balances over 90 days old to collections.
